Ca' Salvioni was built around 1550 by the Cubli family, wealthy Greek merchants ,and the architecture is attributed to Jacopo Sansovino, a follower of Michelangelo.
In the 17th century the fortunes of the Cubli changed and the palazzo passed to the Salvioni family.
Throughout the 18th century Ca' Salvioni was embellished with, beautiful stucco and paintings that have survived for your enjoyment today.
Ca' Salvioni has been restored by the current owners with the greatest care to preserve the antiquities while enhancing your comfort with all modern conveniences.
